HALO is looking for a Program Account Manager to join its Program Account Management team. This role will serve as a direct point of contact for Account Executives(AEs) and Clients on Program Accounts assigned as they liaise between AE/Client and internal HALO Departments, including: Inventory Management, AR, Marketing, etc. This role will be responsible for managing the program to meet or exceed the program requirements outlined in the Contract and Business Requirement Docs and will lead strategy meetings with technology resources to identify and execute to the processes outlined. Additionally, the person in this role must understand the profitability goals of the programs being managed and manage said programs to meet or exceed profitability – reducing inventory, staff expense, manual process removal, etc.
Note: If you reside within 30 miles of the Sterling, IL Corporate Office, 1x a week visit would be required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of account or program management experience required
  • Previous experience in the promotional products industry preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
  • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
  • Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
  • Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
  • Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required

    Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
