SAIC’s Horizon program is seeking a Program Acquisition Budget Specialist to support the U.S. Space Forces (USSF) mission of delivering warfighter capability via the Program Executive Officer for Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP). The position is available in El Segundo, California. In this position you will get the opportunity to initiate and develop the next generation space-based geosynchronous surveillance and reconnaissance system to provide critical Space Domain Awareness to the United States Space Command and its partners. You will help define and implement a novel acquisition strategy to leverage commercial solutions for high-value military functions, paving the way for new players in the national security space market.
The Horizon program provides engineering development and integration expertise in support of various capabilities that protect and defend the Nation’s most valuable space assets. Our team serves at the forefront of this mission area advising and assisting the Government with their architecture and full lifecycle systems engineering processes that enable capability delivery to meet warfighter needs.
