Program Administration 2, Office of Business & Economic Opportunity, PN 20049390 What You Will Do: You will formulate and implement procedures for DBE/SBE investigations, complaints, and appeals to ensure regulatory compliance and process efficiency. You will conduct comprehensive fraud investigations and certification reviews, utilizing on-site research and complex file analysis to draft detailed recommendations. You will provide high-level program direction, offering technical advice to leadership and assuming authority for the Program Manager when needed.
