JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Program Administration Officer, you will be part of the Training Services Team at our college. This team is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support.

The Program Administration Officer is responsible for delivery of administrative services and support to assigned portfolio of training programs. This role is also responsible for support to enquiries, data management and reporting.

  • Deliver operational and administrative support across teams for training events and programs.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records—entering trainee applications and assessment data efficiently.
  • Respond to member enquiries promptly and professionally, taking ownership to deliver solutions aligned with RACP policies.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members and other College units to resolve complex training-related issues and provide expert guidance.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt processes in response to evolving requirements and environments.
