Description:

JOB TITLE: PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (CASUAL)

Status: Casual /On-call (Union position)
Vacancies: 4 positions
Schedule: On-Call Shifts Availability:
(Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Monday to Friday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Wage: $25.95/hr - $29.76/hr (starting $25.95/hr)

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

  • Post-secondary training in Office Administration;
  • Minimum 2-years experience in an office environment;
  • Exceptional written and oral English language communication skills;
  • Computer and internet skills, including entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams), iCare and other databases;
  • Minimum 50 WPM, typing speed;
  • Experience working in funded programs and non-profit, preferred;
  • Second language an asset;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic group environment.
    A Criminal Record Check is a requirement of employment.
