Description
The Division of Liquor Control supports Ohio’s economy by providing funding for job creation and business development through the proceeds from Ohio’s liquor industry. The division ensures Ohioans have access to the products they want by overseeing the manufacture, distribution and sale of all alcoholic beverages, selling spirituous liquor through contract liquor agencies and registering products for sale. The division promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol by educating the public, and ensuring that businesses are informed and trained on their responsibilities not to sell to underage or intoxicated individuals. What You'll Do: Receives, reviews, evaluates, provides feedback to stakeholders regarding Agency Operations RFPs (Request for Proposals), Transfers, Public Records requests, Agency processes & policy Receives, reviews, evaluates, requests, organizes, indexes, prepares written and electronic presentation reports for senior staff review and approval Monitors, updates, research, requests, troubleshoots, update written and electronical files for Agency Operations RFPs, Transfers and Public Records requests Communicates, updates, and meets with stakeholders one-on- one, in small & large groups settings, and multiple work groups via email, phone, in-person, and Teams Research, updates, sources and coordinates items required to complete and close-out Agency Operations RFPs, Transfers, Public Records requests, and special projects 4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration. -Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position. -Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development. -Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above Job Skills: Program Management
