BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the BWC Certification Program, including application processes, participant eligibility, cohort scheduling, instructor support, and compliance with IACET standards. Design and implement advanced certification programming, including Level 3 curriculum development, capstone projects, and career pathway alignment in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Administer the Professional Certification Fund, ensuring equitable access, compliance with policies, and alignment with employee development initiatives across the agency. Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop program materials, policies, and long-term strategic goals that support organizational priorities. Oversee program communications and documentation, including promotional materials, FAQs, SharePoint content, graduation planning, and resolution of participant inquiries, while maintaining compliance with RIM and accreditation standards. To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate: 4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration. Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration AND 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position. Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file AND 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development. Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
