What you will be doing: Oversees the Utility Billing Program Analyzes & evaluates utility billing & budget procedures & policies Trains statewide real estate staff on utility billing program policies & procedures Provides guidance to statewide real estate staff on utility billing program (e.g., reviews packages for compliance; identifies risks; assists with development of utility notes; explains policies & procedures) Analyzes & evaluates Utility Billing Program & utility process enhancements. Audits billing documents for accuracy & compliance with state & federal regulations. Verifies billings/checks cashed & reports to OBM. Monitors appropriation accounting for utility encumbrances.
