We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator for our Engineered Solutions business. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES · Support production, procurement, and business operations for a wide range of aerospace and defense projects. · Coordinate project status among teams in Sales, Engineering, Production and Quality to ensure targets are met. · Communicate with customers, suppliers and service providers · Track schedules and expenditures against plans and budgets · General administrative and office management duties, including data entry and database management Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Minimum Requirements · Experience in project or administrative support and coordination. · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Detail-oriented approach to problem solving. · Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently. · Ability to identify critical processes and prioritize accordingly. · Successfully develop relationships with customers and supply chain partners. WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION · Bachelor of Arts/Science or Associate’s degree. · 2–5 years of experience in administrative or project support roles. · Modern workplace software: Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat AMS Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
