POSITION OVERVIEW

BELIEVE Circle City High School is launching an exciting new grant-funded initiative designed to deepen community partnerships, expand student opportunities, and drive key student outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and community-centered Program Administrator to lead and manage the implementation of this multi-year program.
This position will be responsible for driving all aspects of the grant’s execution—from strategy development to budget oversight, community relationship building, and team management. The Program Administrator will play a central role in aligning the initiative’s goals with community needs, internal priorities, and grantor expectations.
