As the Program Administrator, you’ll be the operational leader of the home. Ensuring that quality care, compliance, and compassion drive every decision. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Oversee day-to-day operations of the Personal Care Home * Ensure compliance with all BCHL and PCH regulations * Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 22 staff members * Collaborate on program development, planning, and evaluation * Maintain a positive, home-like environment for residents Earn $50,000/year or higher based on experience and/or licensure. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. * Valid Personal Care Home License required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the mental health field required. * 1–3 years of management experience preferred. * Must be comfortable driving clients using a company vehicle.
