We’re looking for a dedicated Personal Care Home Program Administrator to join our team and lead a vibrant residential program serving adults with serious mental illness. As the Program Administrator, you’ll be the operational leader of the home. Ensuring that quality care, compliance, and compassion drive every decision. You’ll guide a committed team, oversee program development and evaluation, and create a safe, supportive environment where residents can truly thrive. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Oversee day-to-day operations of the Personal Care Home * Ensure compliance with all BCHL and PCH regulations * Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 22 staff members * Collaborate on program development, planning, and evaluation * Maintain a positive, home-like environment for residents Earn $50,000/year or higher based on experience and/or licensure. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. * Valid Personal Care Home License required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the mental health field required. * 1–3 years of management experience preferred. * Must be comfortable driving clients using a company vehicle.
