Responsibilities

As an integral member of the department’s RTO team, the RTO Administrator will work closely with the RTO Manager, Quality Systems and Record Officer and the Course Development Coordinator.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Accurately maintaining data and records for all Corrections Victoria (CV) qualification enrolments, providing timely input of enrolment, training and assessment data
  • Assisting with analysis of data and the production of relevant reports on service delivery to relevant stakeholders including the DJCS RTO and CV Program Area
  • Ensuring that all CV training and assessment administrative and reporting functions comply with the AQTF requirements.
