Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring a Program Administrator (PA) to lead and support teams that provide high-quality care for adults with developmental disabilities. In this full-time leadership role, you’ll supervise House Managers (HMs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring staff are supported, schedules are covered, and services meet the highest standards of care.
