Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring a Program Administrator (PA) to lead and support teams that provide high-quality care for adults with developmental disabilities. In this full-time leadership role, you’ll supervise House Managers (HMs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring staff are supported, schedules are covered, and services meet the highest standards of care. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Leadership experience, preferably in developmental disability services Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a team and work independently Willingness to jump in and provide direct care when needed At least 5 years of driving experience with a clear enough record to satisfy our insurer Must pass background check and drug screening
