QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a law firm or with an insurance company preferred, but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills including:
  • The ability to organize, compare, combine, process, and manipulate large data sets
  • Use automation to efficiently process large quantities of data
  • Create and use pivot tables
  • Use of INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and VLOOKUP functions
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with obtaining the necessary information from client(s) and carriers to successfully open new files with in the Wilson Elser financial systems
  • Update case lists and client contacts accordingly
  • Update stakeholders with new case lists, client data, and any required information
  • Assist with the coordination of mailing client invoices to various client contacts
  • Identifying and tracking cost share allocation for billings and payments.
  • Correspond with clients, attorneys and other administrative support teams
  • Respond to daily urgent data requests
