QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a public sector organisation is desirable.
• Experience in an educational setting is highly valued.
• Previous use of the VCAA’s Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) is an advantage.

The purpose of the Program Advisor role is to support the work of the VET Unit in facilitating Vocational Education and Training (VET) within the VCE and VCE Vocational Major (VM) and the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC). The role supports the work of the VET Unit in the preparation of written communications including briefings, drafting of guidance for stakeholders, responding to phone enquiries, updating webpage information and the coordination of events and professional learning.
