The NDP Program Advisor (Performance) is responsible for providing program-level oversight and assurance across Natural Disaster Program (NDP) projects, ensuring delivery aligns with TMR standards, DRFA compliance requirements, and agreed safety, quality, financial and planning outcomes This is a 12 month contract role. What you'll do: Provide program-level oversight to ensure projects comply with TMR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Support and guide Project Managers in managing DRFA funding from project inception through to completion Oversee preparation and submission of DRFA documentation in line with funding guidelines Monitor project delivery against approved funding timeframes and eligibility requirements Support safety, environmental and quality compliance across all projects Oversee project performance data including budgets, forecasts, expenditure and schedules Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting and performance updates for program stakeholders Ensure appropriate project resourcing aligned with funding agreements Provide oversight and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and contract administrators Support procurement activities in accordance with TMR policies Assist Project Managers in coordinating construction activities to meet milestones Identify, manage and mitigate project risks impacting delivery, funding or compliance Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners Provide leadership oversight to Project Engineers and Site Engineers What you'll bring: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) accredited under the Washington Accord (or equivalent) Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) Compliance with Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct Ability to meet insurance and criminal history check requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering transport infrastructure projects Minimum 3 years’ experience in program management roles under DRFA Strong experience in program performance, governance and reporting frameworks Demonstrated ability to oversee budgets, forecasts and project schedules across large programs Proven ability to support compliance with funding, safety, environmental and quality standards Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability in complex environments Why You'll Love Working Here: Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
