Job Details Job Location: KT-Cleveland Corps - CLEVELAND, TN 37311 Job Category: Recreation Schedule/Hours: M-F; 25hours per week. This position: Assists in facilitating and monitoring assigned recreational activities of the Corps programs; supervises and provides homework tutoring; transports patrons to and from the Corps programs & events; assists in maintaining facilities, equipment, and grounds. Plans, organizes, coordinates, supervises, leads, and evaluates activities for the assigned program area. Supervises and takes part in organized group games amongst children; leads and motivates children to exhibit good sportsmanship. Supervises the care and maintenance of all equipment and supplies of the area of the building assigned, reports damages of equipment or loss of supplies to the Program Manager. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Physical Requirements: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Must be able to work all hours assigned including but not limited to After School program, School Fall, Spring and Summer breaks as well as bad weather days. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis. Working Conditions: Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor recreational environment where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
