Description Primary Location: Okinawa, Japan Clearance: Active Secret Ability to work remotely: No Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time, Desk-Aligned, Embedded Program Analyst to support 1st Marine Aircraft Wing and 3d Marine Logistics Group in Okinawa, Japan. This position requires a graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course. The analyst will collect aviation and sustainment lessons in OCONUS environments and support joint and combined operations. This role is required to ensure lessons learned coverage for deployed and forward-based forces as described in Task 2 of the scope of work. Specific Responsibilities Collect aviation lessons learned from forward-deployed and OCONUS operations Collect sustainment and logistics lessons learned in OCONUS environments Support joint and combined operations with allied and partner forces Ensure comprehensive lessons learned coverage for deployed forces Provide analytical support for forward-based forces operations Requirements Required Qualifications Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course Experience with OCONUS operations, forward-deployed forces, and/or joint and combined operations Active Secret security clearance required Must be able to work on-site in Okinawa, Japan Valid U.S. passport and ability to obtain necessary status of forces agreements Cultural awareness and ability to work in multinational environments Ability to work independently in a forward-deployed environment Company Description Obsidian Solutions Group LLC (OSG) is a fast-growing professional services firm based in Fredericksburg, VA.
