Description Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the Commander, Naval Surface Force Pacific (COMNAVSURFPAC) Inspector General (IG) Office in San Diego, CA. The selected candidate will provide program analysis and administrative support services related to Navy Inspector General operations, hotline tracking, audit coordination, and reporting activities. This position requires prior experience working within a Navy Inspector General environment and hands-on experience utilizing the Naval Inspector General Hotline Tracking System (NIGHTS). Key Responsibilities Support Navy IG operations through program analysis and administrative coordination Utilize the Naval Inspector General Hotline Tracking System (NIGHTS) to: Create and manage case records Input and maintain required data Track hotline actions and case status Generate and extract reports and data as required Assist with Hotline Completion Reports (HCRs) in accordance with Naval IG and DoD IG reporting requirements Support Navy Audit and Assessment processes Assist with audit report lifecycle activities, including: Discussion Drafts Management Response Drafts Final Reports Support Navy IG complaint intake processes and documentation requirements Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence in accordance with Navy standards Coordinate with government personnel and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience working in a Navy Inspector General office utilizing the NIGHTS system Current NIGHTS certification, user credentials, and system access required Experience utilizing NIGHTS to create, input, track, and extract required data Experience with Naval IG and DoD IG Hotline Completion Report (HCR) formats Experience supporting Navy Audit and Assessment processes Familiarity with Navy Audit System report stages and associated requirements Experience with Navy IG complaint intake procedures and reporting requirements Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting Navy or DoD headquarters-level organizations Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional required qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA Company Highlights: At LHG, we offer our employees a full comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
