Description CPT is seeking a Program Analyst III to support the Gun Weapon Systems Division (E30) at NSWC Dahlgren. This role directly supports U.S. Navy gun weapon system development, evaluation, and sustainment programs in a collaborative, mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives for E30 Gun Weapon Systems programs. Develop life cycle cost analyses and perform cost-benefit or economic evaluations of current and projected programs. Develop and maintain program reporting systems, including specifications, data gathering, analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology. Analyze new or proposed legislation, regulations, and requirements to determine impact on program operations and engineering design. Develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology. Analyze and evaluate proposed changes in mission or operating procedures and prepare relevant documentation. Prepare and maintain program schedules, briefings, and status reports for government stakeholders. Support coordination between engineering, contracts, and program management teams in alignment with E30 mission objectives. Requirements 5–8 years of general experience with at least 4 years of specialized experience in program analysis. Demonstrated experience analyzing program effectiveness and developing cost analyses or economic evaluations. Experience developing program reporting systems and gathering/interpreting analytical data. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Active Secret clearance required. Desired Skills & Experience Experience supporting Navy or DoD Gun Weapon Systems programs. Familiarity with NSWC Dahlgren or naval surface warfare program offices. Experience with Navy financial and reporting tools (e.g., eCRAFT, N-ERP).
