We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Junior to PMA-276 to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The candidate will be a member of the FMS Team and shall provide program management support.
Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data. Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,985.65 to $112,478.47 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.

Responsibilities
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall FMS International Team
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Assist in the development, submission, and facilitate routing for approval on Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Collect, interpret, track, and organize information and documentation relating to product requirements. Track and manage overall time sensitive IPT requirements, and ensuring inputs are collected and submitted ahead of deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with staff personnel to meet and exceed operational requirements and tasking utilizing presentation materials that include multiple Microsoft Office products.
  • Strategic Communications
  • Assist with Acquisition Document support (SOWs, CDRLs, and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs))
  • Gain experience handling sensitive information
  • Be able to read research instructions, directives, lessons learned, etc.
  • A self-starter who can quickly learn to assist with entry, maintenance, and tracking of budget, financial, and acquisition reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT), including Visualizations.
  • Gain proficiency with the AMS Suite of Tools.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    Required Experience: Junior – less than Three (3) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
    Education: Associates degree.
    Allowable Substitution: Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.
