POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring for bothJuniorandSenior Program Analystpositions to support theVeterans Health Administration (VHA)in evaluating, planning, and improving healthcare programs. These roles contribute to strategic initiatives, performance audits, and program operations. The Junior role focuses on foundational support and coordination, while the Senior role leads program evaluations and strategic improvements across large-scale healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support program planning, audits, and evaluations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Collaborate with VHA stakeholders to ensure program alignment with mission and policy directives.
  • Participate in event planning and coordination.
  • Provide support for Congressional Affairs and data reporting.Assist with financial management systems and risk management processes.

SENIOR-LEVEL ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct systematic reviews and evaluations of healthcare programs.
  • Measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide input on organizational and management enhancements.Support resource allocation and strategic decision-making.

JUNIOR ROLE:

  • Experience supporting federal healthcare programs, especially within VHA.Familiarity with government reporting standards and performance frameworks.

SENIOR ROLE:

  • Extensive experience in Veterans health care and outreach programs.
  • Familiarity with VHA operations, performance metrics, and federal healthcare policies.Experience supporting Congressional Affairs and strategic planning efforts.
