Position Overview: The Program Analyst supports Product Manager Infantry Weapons (PdM IW) by providing enterprise-level programmatic, analytical, and coordination support across multiple acquisition and sustainment programs. This role enables informed decision-making, schedule integration, and workload prioritization across steady-state and surge activities. Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple programs and phases of the acquisition cycle. Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies across engineering, logistics, and test activities. Prepare decision-quality briefings, dashboards, and reports for leadership. Support SETRs, test events, fieldings, and other surge activities through schedule and workload rebalancing. Coordinate inputs to CDRLs, metrics, and recurring status reports. Support configuration control, acquisition documentation, and transition planning between lifecycle phases. Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle and program office operations Professional judgment and discretion in high-visibility leadership environments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 3–7 years of experience supporting DoD acquisition or sustainment programs. Working knowledge of the defense acquisition lifecycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Project strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Active Secret security clearance Preferred Skills/Experience: Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Microsoft Project. Experience supporting Marine Corps Systems Command or PEO-level organizations. Familiarity with SETRs, CDRLs, IMS development, and cross-functional integration.
