Position Summary The Program Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s pharmacy operations through data analysis, financial reporting, and program oversight. This position monitors purchasing, pricing, inventory, and 340B contract pharmacy activity to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and strengthen compliance. The analyst conducts routine audits, evaluates performance metrics, and recommends process improvements that enhance efficiency and financial outcomes. Leveraging growing expertise in healthcare and pharmacy services, the role also supports patient outreach tied to pharmacy initiatives and contributes to continuous program improvement. Core Job Responsibilities Analyze and deliver data, insights, and reports to support pharmacy operations and internal business units. Monitor ordering workflows and integrate current wholesaler pricing; review invoices, shipping, and inventory activity to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring resolution or escalation. Track, analyze, and report on 340B contract pharmacy performance and other pharmacy programs; prepare financial reports for Health Centers and organizational leadership highlighting financial impact, liabilities, and opportunities for improved efficiency. Continually expand knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry to identify optimization opportunities and recommend program enhancements. Evaluate cost‑saving opportunities and recommend system improvements that strengthen compliance. Perform monthly audits of contract pharmacies and related pharmacy programs to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements. Monitor adherence reports to support compliance with regulatory and program standards. Conduct and support patient outreach activities related to pharmacy initiatives and issue resolution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and/or Pharmacy Technician certification. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare related setting Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills. Strong data entry and data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working with 340B pharmacy programs.
