Description
SAIC has an immediate opening and is seeking a Division Support Quality Team Member to join our talented team in Crane, IN. This role requires an active Secret Clearance. The Division Support Quality Team Member will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met within the JXW Division. This position is responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews, developing and implementing quality improvement strategies, and providing support to divisional operations to promote efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience required.
  • 1-3 years preferred in document control or related field.
  • Secret Clearance Required .
  • Intermediate experience ALL Microsoft Suites.
  • Expert in communications with senior-leaders.
Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Control - Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of division processes, products, and services. Identifying areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to division performance and quality metrics. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Capture and distribute action items and status during various weekly meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with division staff to develop and implement process improvement initiatives while tracking and measuring impact.
  • Customer Service: Support customer with execution tasking as required, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
