StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst (SharePoint/Teams Administrator), Journeyman to support data management at a NAVAIR PMA in Patuxent River MD. The Program Analyst (SharePoint/Teams Administrator), Journeyman will be responsible for, but not limited to the following requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 -10 years of professional experience.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and setting up SPO sites for Teams.
• Experience with workflows tools such as MS TEAMS Planner, Power Automate is desired

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS degree.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Maintain the existing PMA Integrated Data Environment (IDE), or future data management tool, by providing Administrator functions for the IDE as well as updating the IDE for future requirements.
• Set up and maintain a digital library of program documentation on a program SharePoint site, IDE, or media library inventories.
• Integrate MS TEAMS with SharePoint to facilitate collaborative environment.
• Create and manage SharePoint permissions and access.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites to support program and project objectives.
• Integrate information from departments and functions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access sharing and dissemination of information with internal teams and external customers.
• Trains, educates and provides assistance to users of the knowledge management tools.
• Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to various user groups.
