Job Summary Provides Program Management Support to Japan and San Diego by performing program management support tasking, as required, to support FIO program and project management teams. Services may be required for one or more phases, to include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout. Travel is not required. Telework is not supported. Responsibilities and Duties Develops and maintains internal working documents, reports and briefings for management and other stakeholders, and other required documentation that may or may not be delivered to stakeholder. Identifies and analyzes applicable requirements stemming from, but not limited to: a. Federal and local regulations and policies; b. Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, instructions, and policies; c. Local regulations and policies. Develops and manages operations, and develop and update planning documentation, to include: a. Program and project management plans; b. Financial documentation, such as budget estimates, cost estimates, spend plans, financial reports; c. Staffing plans; d. Plans of action, schedules and milestones; e. Work breakdown structures; f. Configuration management and control; g. Risk management plans, risk registers, risk matrices; h. Quality plans and procedures; i. Item databases, file storage and archives. Provides services required for meeting planning and execution. These meetings may range from local NIWC Pacific meetings, to inter-office meetings between NIWC Pacific, program sponsors, and other stakeholders at various levels of the government. Qualifications and Skills Required knowledge and years of experience Must have at least two (2) years of experience. Must have experience with networks and NIEF.
