Overview AVIAN is searching for a Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (Journeyman) to support the Time Sensitive Strike Program, PMA-242. This position directly supports the Time Sensitive Strike Test team utilizing Naval Flight Test process and procedures in execution of the test program. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs tasks with little or no guidance Has knowledge in area of engineering expertise Analyzes program requirement, status, and schedules Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation Provides status reports and responds to data calls as required by the program Assistant Program Manager Test & Evaluation and Lead Test Engineer Resource scheduling and tracking Use of Microsoft Office tools include Microsoft Project Knowledge and experience with logistics integration Experience with munitions, association equipment and requirements Knowledge of Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) Familiar with NAVAIR iTest suite of tools and standard T&E metrics used for T&E program management Qualifications At least three to ten years of experience A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience a Master's for an additional 2 year Demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Salary range $110,000 to $130,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
