JOB SUMMARY

In this role, the analyst is responsible for supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the production and shipment of Air/Ground Radio Racks. The analyst receives rack and associated equipment requirements from FAA field personnel, compiles and prioritizes these requests, and submits them to the FAA-approved vendor for fabrication. Additionally, the analyst tracks the status of each request through to completion and maintains a comprehensive database that includes rack specifications, availability, and required delivery dates as indicated by field personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing radio rack production at vendor facilities.
  • Track progress in coordination with internal ordering systems and vendor schedules.
  • Receiving and prioritizing radio rack requirement orders based on operational urgency.
  • Sequence fabricated racks based on need-by dates.
  • Maintain a central inventory system tracking status, quantities, and locations of fabricated racks.
  • Coordinate packing and dispatch of racks precisely to designated NAS sites.
  • Work with freight/logistics partners to meet delivery appointments.
  • Ensure tracking records and shipping confirmations are accurate and readily available.
