Job Description Visa Pay is scaling rapidly across APAC, and we are looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about consumer payments, curious about how products work, and eager to grow into a full product management role. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who brings strong analytical thinking, business acumen, structured problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize insights into compelling narratives. You don’t need deep hands-on product management experience — but you must understand the fundamentals of product thinking, be versatile, and have the potential to develop into a strong Product Manager over time. Key Responsibilities: Product Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep‑dive analyses on product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to inform product decisions. Identify emerging trends, issues, or opportunities across APAC markets in collaboration with product managers. Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analysis and actionable insights. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Perform market scans and competitive benchmarking across key APAC markets, identifying relevant product patterns and implications for Visa Pay. Support country teams with market assessments, opportunity sizing, and consumer research. Track ecosystem developments (wallets, merchants, issuers, regulatory changes) relevant to Visa Pay. Product Management Support: Support Visa Pay product rollout readiness with documentation, artifacts, and insights. Support product commercialization and GTM activities if required. Presentation & Communication: Create clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners. Synthesize data, business insights, and recommendations into crisp narratives. Communicate product concepts in a structured and user‑centric manner. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, market teams, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and partnerships. Support operational workflows, documentation, and product processes. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Degree in any relevant discipline 5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, strategy, consulting, data analytics, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data to inform decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills . High adaptability, learning agility, and willingness to operate in ambiguity. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, cross‑functional environment. Strong interest in building products and growing into a Product Manager role. Experience in payments, fintech, digital commerce, or consumer tech is a plus.
