Description
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations related to partner programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Document and standardize processes associated with end-to-end commercial engagements with SPs & GSIs.
Collaborate with sales and channel program teams to ensure successful implementation of programs.
Develop and refine the SP & GSIs GTM strategy as the program evolves.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure program success and track progress. Monitor and analyze SP & GSI business performance, providing regular insights on the health of the business to senior management.
Foster engagement and collaboration with partners’ alliances and marketing organizations.
Facilitate open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Identify and execute improvements to existing processes and programs throughout the year.
