Job Description We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Program & Campaign Manager to build, manage, and scale MOVE’s creator ecosystem across ASEAN. This role goes beyond influencer coordination. It’s about turning creators into a growth channel that drives business results. You’ll manage both creators and agencies, negotiate timelines and budgets, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable value to MOVE’s bottom line. KOL Strategy & Program Development Build and scale MOVE’s creator ecosystem across ASEAN, identifying and onboarding KOLs who fit our “Travel More For Less” narrative. Design and manage tiered creator programs (always-on, affiliate, and ambassador models) to drive consistent exposure and performance. Align KOL programs with MOVE’s business goals, i.e. brand awareness, user acquisition, bookings, and revenue growth. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing, negotiation, and approvals to delivery and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Social, Product, Performance, Partnership) to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing plans. Ensure each campaign hits commercial targets, within agreed timelines and budget. 3. Agency & Partner Management Manage and evaluate KOL and creator agencies. Including negotiations, deliverables, and cost efficiency. Review and approve proposals, ensuring alignment with MOVE’s creative and commercial objectives. Track agency performance and ensure accountability on deliverables, media value, and ROI. Build strong working relationships with external vendors, production houses, and talent managers. 4. Content & Creative Collaboration Co-create innovative creator-led content with the content studio and social teams (e.g. TikTok series, travel challenges, destination vlogs). Maintain brand integrity and ensure all creator outputs reflect MOVE’s challenger tone and storytelling style. 5. Commercial & Business Ownership Drive campaign ROI. Optimizing cost per engagement, reach, or conversion across all activations. Manage campaign budgets, negotiate rates, and ensure effective allocation of creator spend. Identify commercial partnership opportunities through creators or agencies (cross-brand collabs, affiliate tie-ins, etc.). Provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights to improve future performance. 6. Relationship & Community Building Nurture long-term relationships with top-performing creators across ASEAN markets. Plan and execute creator engagement activities (e.g. content trips, community meet-ups, MOVER Awards). Serve as MOVE’s brand ambassador within the creator ecosystem. Approachable, credible, and always value-driven. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital campaigns (travel, lifestyle, or youth brand experience preferred). Strong commercial sense with a track record of driving measurable business results through creator activations. Proven experience managing KOL agencies or influencer platforms. From negotiations to post-campaign performance reviews. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator trends across ASEAN. Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills. Confident negotiator. Comfortable with contracts, deliverables, and media value tracking.
