Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies across our Datacenters (DCs).
As a Program & Change Management Leader for Datacenter Efficiency, you will be responsible for leading the management of our initiatives launched to our DC Ops Field.
You will lead the team to develop and drive plans and strategies and hold them accountable for evaluating success metrics for complex, high-impact launches. You will coach teams to prepare business users for change due to implementation with theme of maximizing efficiency and optimization in our Datacenters (DCs).
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leader to join our dynamic team. The candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise level programs in a complex environment and optimizing performance across the organization. As a Leader, you will play a key role in launching initiatives that will impact our multi-year priorities in the Team.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
