We are looking for an individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of families and adults.

FULL-TIME– 37.5 HOURS/WEEK

We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Program and Services Administrator to serve as the first point of contact at our Westbrook location. As the face of our organization, your welcoming presence will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive experience for program participants, visitors, and the public. In this key administrative role, you will ensure effective and efficient office operations including reception, data entry, reviewing marketing materials, liaising with community partners, and supporting general program administration. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with FFRN programs and a commitment to continuous learning are essential to success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A high school diploma with recent, related administrative experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in a not-for-profit environment
  • Experience working with database and online systems
  • Extensive experience working with the MS Office Suite

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, work environment, and work demands
  • Comfort in connecting with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, computer, and organizational skills
