Description
Your mission About the role We're looking for a curious, driven Program Architect to join our team. You'll work closely with our internal program team and support across a range of responsibilities and projects — from AI transformation and workforce enablement to operational efficiency and organizational change — depending on partners needs. We're looking for early-career consultants with strong growth potential — generalists rather than specialists, and future successors who can develop into the next level of seniority over time. This means you won't be siloed into one function — you'll get exposure to AI transformation strategy, operations, workshop facilitation, and partner management from day one. What you’ll do: Project management: support end-to-end program delivery including research, analysis, hypothesis testing, and synthesis Build models, frameworks, and analyses to support partner recommendations Design and create partner workshops and co-working sessions Help design AI solutions for both our internal needs and for our partners Help facilitate workshops, contributing to the flow, structure, and energy of the room Prepare partner-ready materials (decks, reports, memos) Participate in partner meetings and workshops, taking an increasingly active role over time Work across sectors and problem types — no two programs will look the same Contribute to internal initiatives (proposals, knowledge-building) as the firm grows Your profile What we're looking for: 1–3 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced analytical role Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Solid business acumen and consultative approach Able to create clear, partner-ready workshop materials Experience with (or strong interest in developing) workshop facilitation skills Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing scope of work A genuine generalist mindset — you're energized by variety, not thrown off by it Strong ambition to grow into a more senior role over time, with a genuine interest in long-term development Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English Bachelor's degree in any field (we care more about how you think than what you studied) Side projects or self-directed initiatives are a plus — we would love seeing what you built on your own time Key capabilities: Data and AI fluency (especially Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) Analytical thinking Critical thinking and problem-solving Project management Communication and stakeholder management Why us? What we offer: Direct mentorship from experienced program leads — no getting lost in a big firm A clear, supported path toward the next career level Fast-tracked responsibility, client exposure across variety of industries and problem types And to make work even more enjoyable: 30 days of paid leave annually (based on a five-day working week) Personal development budget Company pension scheme ("Betriebliche Altersvorsorge") Possibility for mobile work (up to 50% of the working time) Possibility for remote work, also outside of Germany, for up to six weeks in total annually Regular team offsites, team events and parties Employee Benefits like Urban Sports Club or shopping vouchers This profile draws on our experience of people who have been successful in this role in the past. We warmly encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here! The DO is an inclusive organization and explicitly welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, whether that’s ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability or alternative professional paths. About us The DO is a global social business, built on the belief that business for good is good business. Through our Human-AI Collaboration practice, we lead the human side of AI transformation — equipping leaders and their people to become the multiplier that turns AI investment into real returns.
