Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem Available As a Program Assistant/Activities Assistant, you will provide loving care and assistance to our members by helping them with activities, personal and medical care, meals, and on and off-site social activities. Responsibilities As a Program Assistant/Activities Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Assisting members with activities, personal care and some medical care Assisting with the planning and facilitation of fun, creative and diverse recreational programs and encourage member participation. Serving meals and assisting with meals Ensuring our members enjoy a loving and caring environment that will bring joy to our members’ heart and a smile to their faces! Qualifications As a Program Assistant/Activities Assistant, you will have the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred or a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience At least 18 years of age. One-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting preferred. Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred. This is a very physical job - we are ACTIVE Day after all! As a result, you will need to be able to: Push, pull, lift, transfer, pivot at least 50 pounds. Sit, Stand and/or Walk up to 8 hours a day #INDAD50

Responsibilities
