Job Summary The Program Assistant is responsible for reviewing and verifying program participant records, ensuring the quality and integrity of the data, and creating queries and reports. The Program Assistant will aide Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) programs and ensuring data entry is accurate and thorough to ensure the various programs are meeting program requirements. The Program Assistant will prepare and provide necessary training to ensure CBI Outreach and Housing Navigators obtain a deep understanding of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and alternative data systems and data quality. The Program Assistant will understand community set data standards. They will work with Program Managers and Supervisors to develop program specific data collection in the EHR and other database system(s) in an effort to ensure each program has an efficient way of providing funders with information required for reporting. Skills/Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1-3 years of experience working with EMR and other database systems preferred. 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and or/mental health disorders preferred. Valid identification required. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures preferred. Certified to complete the Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (SPDAT) preferred. Peer Certification preferred (if applicable). CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!
