Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post secondary training or equivalent experience in office management, administrative or a related program or an equivalent combination of experience & education
  • Technical skills, i.e., Comfortable with databases, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
  • Bilingualism preferred (French and English), ability to speak Arabic and/or Somali a strong asset
  • Strong organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in dealing with vulnerable populations
  • Community experience is an asset
    Salary range:$40,349 to $48,048 per annum ($22.17 - $26.40 per hour)
