Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets and registers visitors and clients that enter site to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Strong de-escalation skills and customer service skills in order to be able to answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain reception area and lobby area resources, presentation and event set-ups. Other duties may include handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, schedule intake appointments and manage meeting room bookings, assist in ordering office supplies and keeping inventory, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using computer technology, contact lists and internal directories.
  • Must be able to support clinical team with basic clerical and data entry tasks.
  • Handles a wide array of administrative tasks and documentation to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, billing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and databases as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, billing or accrediting bodies while performing job expectations.
  • Complete all required trainings in accordance agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, billing or accrediting bodies while performing job expectations.
  • Knowledge and skillset of strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Other duties as needed.
