We’re looking for a Program Associate to focus the strategy, design, and execution of OneEleven’s programming and events. This role supports the growth of high-potential tech companies by delivering experiences that serve their entire teams across multiple levels and functions.
From founder peer groups and leadership workshops to people and culture sessions, product-focused programming, community events, and partner activations, you will create a
programming pipeline that delivers real value. Whether it’s a CEO focused on fundraising or a team lead focused on operations or growth, your work will help enable their success.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and excited to build meaningful, community-driven experiences for scaling startups. This role is in-person Monday to Friday with occasional requirements to attend events outside of work hours.
