Our client is hiring a Program Associate to design and deliver programs and events that support high-growth tech companies. This role blends strategy, execution, and community building to create valuable experiences for founders and their teams.

• Manage the full calendar of workshops, peer groups, mentorship, wellness initiatives, and partner activations.
• Build relationships with member companies to understand needs and deliver relevant programming.
• Coordinate speakers, facilitators, and partners while representing our client in the wider tech ecosystem.
• Oversee logistics, budgets, and communications; track performance and report on outcomes.
