Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Budget Analyst located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) and USINDOPACOM J7 program to facilitate workflow management, aid the INDOPACOM J7 Analyst Team. JOB DESCRIPTION: Support Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) and USINDOPACOM J7 Analyst Team with collecting and tracking relevant data. Assist Resource Manager with other funding documents within Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS) for Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPRs) development or other documents as requested. Assist with tracking contract labor, travel requirements. Assist the team with processing financial forms for contract approvals through USINDOPACOM. Generate reports from financial systems, including the Standard Management and Accountability Reporting System (SMARTS) program. Support supply requests processing via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Document functional requirements, contribute to task redistribution analysis, and support process improvement initiatives. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Experience processing supply requests using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Experience creating Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) documents. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with scheduling software and task management tools. DESIRED SKILLSET: Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) software and systems. Experience with financial systems, including SMARTS and SABRS. Spreadsheet support skills, particularly in maintaining and analyzing data. REQUIRED CLEARANCES: Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Must be a current US Citizen.
