Description Position Summary: This role provides flexible support across two programs: Accord’s residential metabolic psychiatry program and Ellenhorn’s community-based PACT services. Staff may work in one or both settings depending on scheduling needs. Both roles focus on providing supportive, relationship-based care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Staff help clients build daily living skills, engage in meaningful activities, and implement their individualized treatment plans. Support may take place in residential settings, in the community, or during structured program activities. Evening and weekend availability is required. Core Functions and Responsibilities: Build supportive and respectful relationships with clients while maintaining professional boundaries Support clients in implementing individualized treatment goals and healthy coping strategies Assist clients in engaging in meaningful daily activities and routines Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions Communicate with clinical teams to ensure coordinated care Adhere to all HIPAA and organizational policies Participate in supervision and team meetings as required Program Specific Responsibilities: Accord Program Coach (Residential Program) Program Coaches support residents participating in Accord’s metabolic psychiatry program, which focuses on improving mental health through metabolic interventions. Supporting clients in implementing their treatment plans related to nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress reduction Assisting residents in preparing meals and following the ketogenic diet Facilitating wellness-oriented groups such as walking groups, mindfulness, or general wellness activities Supporting residents with monitoring technologies (CGM, Keto-Mojo, Garmin, mobile apps, etc.) Maintaining cleanliness and organization in shared residential spaces Observing client progress and communicating concerns to the clinical team Ellenhorn PACT Support (Community-Based) PACT Support staff provide one-on-one community-based support to Ellenhorn clients living independently. Supporting clients with community engagement, social activities, and recreational outings Assisting with daily living tasks such as grocery shopping, cooking, organization, and transportation Supporting clients in attending appointments and navigating community resources Providing medication observation when required Coordinating with the client’s clinical team to ensure alignment with treatment goals Success Factors/Job Competencies: Empathy and relationship-building Problem solving and critical thinking Organization and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Physical Demands and Work Environment: Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, drive a vehicle, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, bend, walk up and down stairs, talk, hear, and see. Employee must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment: The majority of work is performed in an office setting. Requirements Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred OR high school diploma with at least two years of experience supporting adults with mental health challenges Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle Clean driving record Availability for evenings and weekends CPR/First Aid certification preferred Interest in wellness practices such as nutrition, movement, mindfulness, or cooking is a plus Knowledge of ketogenic nutrition is preferred for Accord roles
