Description Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Program Control Analyst/Specialist to support operations in our Raleigh, NC office. The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. The position reports to the VP of Finance. This position requires an on-site presence. Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall. Requirements Essential duties and responsibilities Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs) Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability Support revenue recognition and project status reporting Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets Prepare variance analyses and management reports Support invoice reviews and contract modifications Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 3+ years of program controls experience Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP.
