Description
As a Program Controls Analyst IV here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.   You will report directly to our Sr Program Controls Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Leads in development of initial program baselines (cost or schedule) for high-risk development programs * Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data * EAC Management on complex programs  * Perform cost walk and analysis * Leads Compliant Baseline Change Management  * Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration * Leads IPT through internal and external Earned Value audit preparation * Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers * Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions * Improve processes * Mentor Other Program Team Members
