We’re searching for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference. As a Program Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting AACI’s programs and initiatives, including Clinical Research Innovation (CRI), Physician Clinical Leadership Initiative (PCLI), and the CAR T Initiative. The program’s team regularly interfaces with AACI members, supporters, and leadership to identify barriers within oncology clinical research and care and brings together members to address these issues through steering committees, roundtables, webinars, conferences, and other activities.
This role offers work-from-home flexibility and some travel will be required. including 3-4 AACI events annually.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the AACI CRI, PCLI, and Cellular Therapy initiatives, and other programs as needed.
• Cultivate and steward professional relationships with AACI initiative steering committee members and their executive staff.
• Work with the steering committees, subcommittees, and working groups to implement programming, including scheduling meetings, webinars, roundtables, and preparing meeting agendas and summaries.
• Assist in drafting and editing white papers, toolkits, research papers, and content for AACI publications as needed.
• Collaborate with the AACI Events team to plan and execute the annual CRI meeting and other events as needed.
• Collaborate with AACI government relations team to identify advocacy opportunities that impact programs initiatives and AACI membership as needed.
• Assist in creating AACI survey instruments, coordinating distribution to members, and analyzing data collected for review by steering committees and/or leadership.
• Contribute to maintenance of AACI’s member database, listservs, and webpages.
• Maintain and build professional relationships with industry partners and other like-minded organizations for program support.
• Bachelor’s degree required and experience in oncology and/or clinical research preferred.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office Products) required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with members, supporters, and staff.
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Experience using survey tools to collect and analyze data desired.
