ABOUT THE ROLE
As Aeon’s Program Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, both over the phone and in person. While some of your tasks will include things such as bookings, follow-ups and CRM tools management, your main responsibility is to deliver an exceptional consultation experience to new patients: a warm yet professional welcome, genuine curiosity and undivided attention to their concerns, a thorough review of our Health Assessment and approach to longevity. If clients decide to move forward with their journey, you will be expected to provide a smooth, accurate, timely delivery of their quote, while walking them through the treatment plan options recommended by Aeon’s co-care team.
As the first person in the team who spends 30-60 minutes with the patients (at times over the phone and at times in person), you play a key role in bringing Aeon’s values to life by helping clients understand and appreciate our approach to health and longevity, as well as credentialing our providers.
As our new Program Coordinator, you are expected to carry out follow-up communication (emails, virtual meetings and phone calls) — especially from the client’s first consultation to their first treatment — and to do so in a friendly and professional manner that builds a relationship based on trust, longevity expertise and honesty. While our co-care team will be responsible for intra-program check-ins with the patients, you will be responsible for touching base with the clients at the end of their program (or program phase), with the goal of reviewing options for their next treatment phase and obtaining their commitment.
The ideal candidate is a bit of a longevity/health optimization “nerd” who thrives on helping people live life at their healthiest. Being an excellent listener and communicator, you enjoy educating patients on all things longevity/wellness related and are excellent at identifying the right opportunity to obtain a commitment from patients towards their treatment plan without coming across as a pushy salesperson. Whether you are dealing with a longevity expert or someone who is just dipping their toes in a healthier lifestyle, you see yourself as their guide through an important journey and you take their concerns and their goals to heart.
If you are the kind of person who is always proactive in thinking of ways to elevate yourself and the experience you provide, this role will be a great fit – especially if you enjoy a tactful mix of sales and patient coordination tasks, have a knack for making people feel cared for, and have a passion for longevity and health optimization.
