Are you a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and real estate? Alberta Real Estate School is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be a crucial point of contact for students, ensuring their journey through our programs is seamless and successful.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a client onboarding or support role.
  • Knowledge of Alberta Real Estate exams or holding a real estate associate license is a must.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Experience in training delivery management.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), emphasizing professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
  • Interest in cultivating client-service-oriented relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities

Student Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming, current, and prospective students, addressing inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Admissions and Enrollment: Manage the admissions process, assisting applicants with pre-enrollment requests, registration, and invoicing/payment procedures.
Student Guidance: Proactively support students in their course completion journey, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
Database Management: Maintain and manage applicant contact databases, processing all incoming applications efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Address day-to-day issues related to clients, facilitators, and course operations to maintain a smooth learning experience.
Content Management: Create and maintain content for online courses, coordinate learning resources and materials.
