QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or nonprofit administration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and other professional partners, maintaining strong working relationships and addressing ongoing needs.
  • Manage the organization programs and other initiatives supporting child victims, including implementing committee directives and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support, including processing mail, managing donations, and coordinating financial transactions.
  • Assist with community outreach efforts, including presentations, awareness activities, and maintaining the organization’s online presence.
  • Support fundraising initiatives by attending committee meetings, managing volunteers, and seeking sponsorship opportunities.
  • Assist in grant management, including identifying new opportunities and overseeing grant administration.
  • Supervise and coordinate volunteers for ongoing and special projects.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting and moving items for large-scale projects.
  • Maintain records and materials for audits and other business purposes, serving as a liaison with auditors when needed.
  • Attend monthly Board meetings, present data, and maintain corporate records.
