THE TEAM

The RegistryConnect Program Office (PO) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of ASIC’s RegistryConnect Program, which aims to modernise and stabilise ASIC’s registry services. The Program Office is responsible for enabling scheduling, monitoring, reporting and oversight of the program, supporting completion to scope, on time and within budget.

The Australian Government has announced the stabilisation of existing business registers and their transfer from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) back to ASIC, under the RegistryConnect (RC) Program. This program aims to deliver reliable, secure, trusted, and efficient registry services to support the economy for the benefit of all Australians.

THE ROLE

As the Program Coordinator working within the RegistryConnect Program Office you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery and seamless operation of the program by managing a range of administrative, coordination, and communication responsibilities.

More specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate program committees, workshops, and meetings to ensure effective engagement and outcomes.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across program activities.
  • Manage key data sets and contribute to visual reporting on resourcing and timesheet functions.
  • Maintain the program’s SharePoint site, including content publishing, access control, and compliance with ASIC’s information and records management policies.
  • Support the accuracy and currency of core program artefacts, such as the RAIDD log and Master Schedule.
